If you feel you need to talk to someone about your mental health or you are looking for more support for someone else, we would urge you to speak to a GP and seek out mental health support delivered by charities or the NHS.

24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line

Emotional support and advice to people who are affected by urgent mental health issues, at any time of the day or night. It is open to everyone: both children and adults of all ages, and to people who haven’t previously accessed mental health services.

Sutton Crisis Café 

Open to anyone aged 18 and over. You may feel you are heading into a crisis and want some support to keep yourself well, or you may have been struggling for a while.

Sutton Uplift

Uplift accepts self referrals from people with a mental health or wellbeing need, whether this is due to emotional difficulties or life stressors.

South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust provides mental health services for adults and children, both in community and in-patient facilities.

If you are already a patient at South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust, between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday you should call the mental health team that looks after you.
