Brian has worked in Sutton since 2010 and is currently the Prevention Coordinator in Integrated Youth Services.
“I have worked for Sutton since 2010 when I joined the Youth Offending Team as a Prevention Worker.
In this time, I have always had supportive managers who have encouraged me to be creative while working with young people and professionals. This has enabled me to develop the YOUthink Crime Prevention Service and I have had the support to create new initiatives such as the YOT Awards, which led to professional recognition as Sutton Employee of the Year.
I value the multi-agency working that is encouraged and being based at The Quad means that there is a family environment amongst staff. The borough has good standards of professional practice which developed my own skills in completing assessments and database recording.
My loyalty to Sutton has been recognised and appreciated with respect and trust from managers and colleagues”.
