Children and Young People’s Disability Register and iCount card

How to get an iCount card

Step 1 - Complete a Children's First Contact Service (CFCS) Form. 

Step 2 - CFCS will contact you for evidence of your child/young person's disability and to confirm you are a Sutton resident.

Step 3 - Your application will be processed by the CYPDS team. 

Step 4 - Your child/young person will be added to the Disability Register. 

Step 5 - Your iCount card wil be sent to you in the post and is valid upto the age of 25 years
