Cancelling your subscription

You can call us on 0208 770 5000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to cancel your subscription. You will need to leave the bins outside your property so we can collect them. We are not able to issue refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled before the end of the 12-month subscription period.

Changing the number of bins

You can call us on 0208 770 5000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to change the number of bins in your subscription.

  • If you are adding additional bins part way through your 12 month subscription, this will not alter the length of your subscription.

  • If you are decreasing the number of bins we won't be able to offer a refund on the subscription fee.

Moving house

If you move to a new address within Sutton Council you can take your subscription with you. You must notify the Council of the change of address before moving and take your bins with you to your new address.

If you move to an address outside of Sutton Borough, you must tell us and leave the bins outside your property so we can collect them. Your subscription fee will not be refunded.
