Community Health Fair: Saturday 25 September

Organised by People Arise Now, and supported by Sutton Council, South West London NHS and Community Action Sutton, the Community Health Fair will have medical professionals on hand who can talk to you about COVID, including your vaccination questions and any other health questions that you may have, along with educational services, health and beauty professionals and more!

There'll be fun and entertainment too, with face painting, spoken word, music and dance performances. Free food and drink will be available.

• Sutton Uplift - support if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious

• Primary Care Networks (NHS Sutton) - GP/health professionals

• Sutton Health & Care - caring for adults in their own homes, providing children’s community health services, and sexual health services

• Sutton Council
