Disruption to Collection - Tuesday 28 September

This is affecting the following postcode areas: SM1, SM5 and SM6, SM7, CR0, CR4, CR8 and CR9. We are operating a day behind schedule in most of these areas. Resources are being reviewed on a daily basis, but we plan to complete all outstanding collections by Saturday 2 October.

There is no need to report a missed collection if your household is one of the postcodes mentioned, and if your entire road is delayed. Instead, please continue to leave your bin out and we will return to collect as soon as we can.
