Managing, cancelling or changing your subscription
If you’re an existing subscriber to the garden waste collection service, you can manage your subscription online:
- check your renewal date
 - renew your subscription (if you are within 30 days of your renewal date)
 - add additional bins to your current subscription (i.e. additional bins will have the same subscription end date)
 - report a missed collection
 - request a replacement for a damaged or missing bin
 - cancel your subscription (please note we are not able to offer refunds)

Please call 020 8770 5000 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) if:
- you are moving house within the borough and would like your subscription to transfer to your new address
