Due to an upgrade the automated telephone payment line (020 8770 7887) will be unavailable between 6pm and 8pm on Monday 6 October. We apologise for any inconvenience.
You can book to have small items collected from outside your home for free.
This can include:
We can collect up to 7 items per booking.

If you have large household items that you want to get rid of, you can book a bulky waste collection.
You can book a slot in the next 8 weeks.
Book a small items recycling collection
Make sure you add every item you want to be collected to your booking. Our collection crew will only take items that match the booking request.
You cannot change the items booked or the date of a booking. Make sure you’ve added everything to your booking that you want to be collected.
You can cancel your booking at any point before the collection takes place.
The crew will collect the items between 6.00am and 6.00pm on your booked day. You do not need to be at home on the day.
You must make sure that all items:
We cannot collect items from inside blocks of flats, back gardens, garages or sheds.
If you live in a block of flats, put your items next to the bin store area (not inside it) on the morning of your collection.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the items are available for the crew to collect.
If the collection crew has not collected the items by 6.00pm on your booked day, you can report this missed collection online.
Missed collections must be reported within 2 working days.
