You can renew your CPZ permit online.
You’ll need the PIN on the renewal notice we sent to you by post or email. If you’ve lost the PIN, call us on 020 8770 5000.
When you renew online:
- you do not need to submit any further proof of address
- you will receive a confirmation that your renewal has been submitted

We’ll contact you if your application is approved and let you know how you can pay online using a debit or credit card.
What happens next
Any visitor vouchers up for renewal will be sent with your permit automatically.
It may take us up to 5 days to process your renewal application and send out your permit.
If you have not received your permit within 5 working days, email us at parking.permits@sutton.gov.uk.
Permits are valid for 1 year and each household can have up to 3 permits in a year.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm (closed Bank Holidays). Card payment is available at this office.
