These applications are open to representations from local residents and businesses.
The Licensing Act 2003 brings together areas covering alcohol, public entertainment, theatres, cinemas, late night refreshment premises and night cafes.
Under The Gambling act 2005 the Council will licence gambling premises and issue a range of permits to authorise other gambling facilities in its area.
If you want to sell, or offer to sell, any items or services in the street, you will need a Street trading licence.
Premises offering special treatments involving a degree of physical contact must have a Special treatments licence.
