When using your Blue Badge, you should make sure:

You cannot park in permit-holder only, loading, motorcycle, car club or any other type of bay or Permit Parking Area.
Where the badge holder is a passenger, and being dropped off or picked up, the blue badge can be displayed whilst that activity is being completed.
The picking up or dropping off activity must be continuous and the vehicle must be moved to a lawful parking location, without the badge displayed, once it is complete. The driver can not complete any other activity whilst the badge is displayed and the badge holder is no longer with them.
You can not, for instance, use the badge to drop the badge holder off, and then leave the vehicle parked with the badge displayed to go shopping, without the badge holder, whilst you wait for the badge holder to be ready to be picked up some time later.
