Our Healthy Homes service helps people keep their home warm while saving on their energy bills, reducing their carbon footprint and getting other support if they need it.

It is just one of the ways we are helping people get the support they need this winter, while tackling the climate emergency.

Cherie, from Carshalton, and Giles, from our partner Thinking Works who deliver the service, tell us about the difference this makes.

The Healthy Homes service is available to people who are over 65, have a long term health condition such as asthma or diabetes, a disability, or are on a low income.

If you are not eligible for this service, there is still plenty of advice and tips to help you save energy and pay your energy bills.
